With more than 20 years of experience in talent development, leadership coaching, and organizational growth, Angela brings a rare blend of strategic insight and human-centered expertise to every engagement. Holding a Master’s Degree in Counseling and professional certifications in psychometric and behavioral assessments, she helps leaders unlock their potential through deep self‑awareness, practical skill building, and purposeful action.
Angela’s background spans success profile design, competency modeling, program architecture, and high‑impact facilitation. She is known for delivering coaching and assessment feedback that is both compassionate and incisive—guiding leaders to meaningful breakthroughs and sustainable growth. Her approach integrates rigorous methodology with an intuitive understanding of human behavior, enabling clients to navigate their development journey with clarity and confidence.
A committed contributor to the learning and development community and a life-long learner, Angela served as a founding board member of the ATD SF East Bay Chapter and as President of the ASTD Mt. Diablo Chapter. She is a published author and a frequent presenter at conferences and professional gatherings.
Angela grew up in Montreal, Canada, and moved to the Bay Area, California, shortly after high school. She and her husband of more than 40 years have two wonderful adult children and two beautiful grandchildren whom they spoil every chance they get. In her free time, she enjoys spending time with family and friends, participating in a local book club, and traveling.
