Are there any prerequisites for enrollment?
You must have a valid BCC certificate (Board Certified Coach) with ID number. You must include this number when checking out for any classes available.
I have purchased enrollment into a class. What are my next steps?
You will be sent a link to the online class platform (Canvas) to the email you provided at checkout. You will be then provided with log-in information as well.
Do you offer refunds?
