This course explores how insights gleaned from in-depth assessment empower coaches to design more personalized development strategies. We will discuss the assessment debrief approaches and how they are different from other coaching conversations. We will also examine the value of the 3 main types of assessments. Finally, we will review the assessment selection process, and how to integrate assessment into coaching sessions. This course is designed for new or established coaches who wish to incorporate assessments into their practice.
