Each tier is grounded in research-based assessments and sessions are customized to the individual—ensuring clarity, relevance, and measurable impact. Clients can engage at a single level or progress through tiers as their needs evolve. Every tier also comes with a free one-hour consultation to ensure the solution aligns with your specific needs. And each session is always confidential and not shared with anyone without permission.

Tier 1: Focused Insight

  • One two-hour session assessment debrief  

  • One 1-hour draft development session

    • $2395, including cost of assessment. Manager engagement optional, but encouraged

Tier 2: Build Momentum

  • Adds a second one-hour session for deeper development exploration and insight

    • $2795, manager participation optional but encouraged

      • One additional session, with or without your manager, may be added for $395

Tier 3: Achieve Impact

  • Adds up to 3 check-ins to ensure progress on goals and offers email support between sessions. With this option, I also include a check-in with 3-4 stakeholders for feedback on your progress.  Includes the cost of assessment

I’m certified and experienced in administering the Hogan Personality Inventories and The Leadership Circle, and I’m qualified to deliver the Leadership Practices Inventory 360 and the Myers-Briggs Type Indicator (MBTI). These assessments provide leaders with actionable insights to inform and accelerate development.
